Hi Phil , I emailed you a few weeks ago. Just wanted to let you know we have purchased one of your twin prams with toddler seat (gave my daughter a test drive in the toddler seat and she loved it). Even my husband was comfortable with it. Thanks so much for thinking of women in my situation!!

Hey Phil, I just wanted to let you know that I braved taking all 3 girls to "Mainly Music" this morning. We were definitely the conversation piece for the day, with our lovely vehicle (in particular the top mounted toddler seat) being the star. The twins stayed put in the buggy to listen, while Hannah danced away. She LOVES the toddler
seat, which allows her to face me and chat. So thank you, thank you, thank you for helping me to keep my sanity!

Hi Phil,
Just to let you know that everything has arrived safe and sound and its absolutely wonderful, so easy to push and manoeuvre. It really is a Godsend. Being able to take the three of them out on my own has given me back my independence. Thanks for everything.

Dear Phil, You provided me with a fabulous buggy at exactly this time last year and it has been in use every day since. It really is brilliant, giving me a safe way of leaving the house and has drawn much attention.
We are still having great adventures on the buggy and living on a 45 degree hill, I am becoming fitter as the boys become fatter!
I also send a photo of the buggy in use on one of our many adventures, for your amusement.

We absolutely love our twin buggy. Our 2yr 3mnth old thinks being in the toddler seat is a real treat and the 3mnth old twins sleep happily in the main buggy.
I took our toddler out in a single MacLaren buggy last
week and found it required more force to push, harder to manoeuvre and limited my stride. Our ABC is just so easy to move I've actually got to be careful on slopes as it will just take off on its own.(wrist strap is an essential!) The Rain cover (particularly useful in this UK summer) is a doddle to put on and we've found that we can hang a bit of shopping off the toddler seat struts (but need to be careful with balance when going up curbs etc). We simply don't know how we would managed life without it.
People ask me how it compares to other buggies and I have to point out that as a double its a bit bigger than some but a delight to use. Its so light and manoeuverable its hard to believe its 18kg. It is however really a triple and the toddler seat is the icing on the cake (and keeps reaching hands away from supermarket items at child friendly height!!!). We haven't failed to access a shop in it yet. It is just brilliant. Many thanks again,

Also, I had a friend who just raved about your buggy (she had the single one), which helped us in making this decision.
But to be honest, after looking at all the twin buggies out there, yours was certainly the most well-made and attractive one. The fact that it fits through a small doorframe (even though it doesn't look like it's going to) was also a key reason for us deciding upon your product.

Had a test run of the club's AB today. Oh my god. it's beautiful! I love all the changes you've made - the pockets on the back of the seats, the undercarriage that converts to a back-pack - how clever and ONE HAND FOLD !! I also love the inserts, they are lovely and machine washable and the bit I love the most (OK, 2nd I love the pockets!) is the new 5 point harnesses on the buggy part. Great to see it's ever-evolving and improving.
There's a huge difference in the steering of my dinosaur AB and this one too.. I felt I could push it with one hand... and with my 3 being 2 x tall 18months and 1 x very tall 3 year old, that's saying something. OK! Hope that made you think 'we're doing something right here' because you are!! xx

Hello Phil! Well I have to say this buggy is one well constructed, sturdy, extremely well thought out piece of kid moving machinery! You can tell that people with kids made it. I am very impressed. I really think that you and your father have done a really amazing thing in designing this stroller :)
Great idea that you don't have to remove the handlebar to get the TS on and off. Cooper loved the view from up there. I beleive that I'll definitley keep the TS with me for all day outings since he seems to really like it and it will be nice to have that face to face time with him. He also loves to sit with big bro and share snacks in the main seat, lay back for a nap in the shade, so I know I did the right thing in getting the twin as opposed to the single. It feels very stable with a kid up there, even with the main seat empty. That came as a suprize to me :)
The backpack basket is awesome! I love that it zips closed, removes and converts to a backpack, and has pockets to keep it all organized. And the seat back pockets are great as well...very deep and full. I don't think I have to even carry a diaper bag when I use this stroller. I can just fit it all in the storage on the stroller.
The seats are cozy and plush and the kids liked having the safety bar. I attached their snack pouch to it and headed off to the park this afternoon, and they were happy as could be in there. The harnesses are fabulous and once I got the hang of them they were easy to unclip. The infant insert is so cushy too...will use that for winter walks for extra warmth.
The canopy coverage is generous, which is so necessary for sunny So.Cal.days. However, I'm kicking myself for not getting to you sooner and asking for an extended canopy instead of the standard one, because Griffin 's head hits the roof. He doesn't seem to mind it, but one more growth spurt and he'll be crabby about it. He's kinda tall for a 4yo.
And the accessories! WOW! Everything just fits like a glove! I'll really get a lot of use from the sun mesh. And all the other goodies are so great because they really complete the ensemble, so it's more than you could ever want/need. Very nicely designed and integrated.
Well that's my mini-review! And don't forget to send me some business cards to hand out for you while I'm out and about. I saw at least 4 moms rubber-neck to get a better look at the buggy as they were driving by in just my neighborhood! Thank you so much for this great product - I couldn't be happier! Best regards,

Hello Phil, Firstly I want to say thanks for all your help with my recent purchase. and secondly i want to let you know that i am really really happy with the buggy and toddler seat.
It is fan-tastic!! I would recommend it to anyone. As you know i researched all options available to me with newborn twins and a toddler. and having tried and tested other models I have to say that the abc buggy is the best buggy by far. The toddler seat way exceeded my expectations. Its really sturdy and safe and comfortable - Sarah loves it. Also your customer service is second to none and your patience with me was very much appreciated.
Once again - I will recommend you to anyone who asks where i got it. Slainte!

Phil, The girls love their buggy, and it has enabled us to get out to a lot of places where others are somewhat surprised to see us. We currently use a sling for the third baby, and will probably continue to do so if we expect to encounter very steep or uneven terrain. The third seat would still be a big help for the more sedate walks and local shopping/pub trips.

I am stopped every time I leave the house by parents wanting to know where I have bought my buggy from and to tell me what an ingenious design it is, which brings me to the point of my email. I am forever stopping to give out your website address thought that it would be more efficient if you were to send me some literature which I could give to prospective customers instead of scribbling your website address on the back of an old receipt

Hi, I recently bumped into someone with twins and a toddler (the same as me) who had this fabulous toddler seat that attached to the top of her double buggy. This is something I have been desperately searching for. She informed me her buggy was an 'abc' buggy from New Zealand. Unfortunately I hadn't heard of this make otherwise I would have bought one of these in the first place. I have a double 'mountain buggy' and I am hoping that perhaps your child seat will fix onto this??!! As I am not having much luck with other clip on toddler seats. I would be very grateful for any help or suggestions. Yours hopefully,

Hello Phil - Remember me?! Do you remember I ordered the twin everest and toddler seat and returned it as I thought it was too heavy. Well in hindsight i really should have kept it. The buggy is wonderful! I am always getting stopped by moms comments on "what a wonderful attachment the toddler seat is" so I refer them to your website. My only wish is that the toddler seat would tilt back a little so that when my son falls asleep he is comfortable. Otherwise it's great! Regards,
